During the recent Easter Egg Hunt, a safety concern was brought to our attention involving a piece of exposed metal in the common area. Please know that we are aware of the issue and have already contacted the appropriate team to have it safely removed.

In the meantime, we ask that residents avoid the area as a precaution. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve this matter promptly.
