Lennar Marketing Signage

The Board of Directors is seeking your input on Lennar Marketing signage to be placed in the HOA common area for a $300.00 monthly fee paid to the HOA.
Please note the effects of sign placement on Bluebonnet Estates property is unclear. This sign may impact residents’ ability to sell their homes due to the close proximity of the new home development.
Please review the attached example and submit your vote Yes or No to allow Lennar to place this sign in the Common Area—one vote per household.
