Clarification on Board Meeting Participation

We would like to clarify the participation guidelines for our upcoming Board Meeting. Per Texas Property Code 209, homeowners are not permitted to participate in the official Board Meeting, as it is reserved for the Board of Directors to conduct association business.

However, following the adjournment of the Board Meeting, there will be an open forum where homeowners will have the opportunity to ask questions and express any concerns. We encourage residents to attend and participate during this designated time.
