2026 Assessment Update

During the first-quarter board meeting, the Board of Directors approved an assessment increase for the 2026 assessment year. Per the community’s governing documents, the Board has the authority to implement an annual increase of up to 10%. As a result, the 2026 assessment will be $385, effective January 1, 2026.

Please note that an official letter from the HOA regarding this assessment increase will be sent to you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your community manager.
