Meeting Questions Follow Up
Published: December 22, 2022
At the 2022 Annual HOA Meeting several homeowners had questions for the Board of Directors regarding the community. Below are the questions and answers from the Board.
Questions:
1. As the community grows is there any plans to add a playground or pool to any of the common areas? A lot of the homeowners were told by the sales counselors that there is going to be a playground. No plans for a playground that I’m aware of.
2. Will there be a retaining wall put up behind Odlozil Lane (phase 2) to divide the neighboring community. The homeowners are stating the neighboring community is an eyesore of upkept homes and fences and would like to have something to block the view. All retaining walls/screening walls have been constructed per plan, no new walls will be installed.
3. Can the Board approve “No Solicitation” signage put in the common areas in the front of the community. Approved
4. How close will the new subdivision (Stonewyck Farms) that is going up behind the homes on Lady Bird Street be to the homes? Will there be a division wall put up? (see below) See answer to question #2. We don’t have any information about the proximity of the neighboring community. However, there is a 40’ water easement behind the homes along Wildflower St.
5. How often are the streets swept for construction debris and nails. There is a lot of construction trash within the community. Streets are swept on an as needed basis per the weekly SWPPP inspections.
6. Once the pond is clear of construction debris, will an aeration system or pump be installed. Yes
